Apply for Alliance Certification
Congratulations on taking the first step toward Alliance certification, a designation earned by demonstrating compliance with the Voluntary Code of Ethical Conduct for the Recruitment of Foreign-Educated Health Professionals to the United States (Code).
Organizations certified by the Alliance engage in ethical, responsible, and transparent recruitment practices that demonstrate a commitment to corporate social responsibility and market-based solutions to industry wide challenges. In addition, Alliance certification serves as a declaration that your organization is an industry leader and aligned with the Alliance mission, which is embodied by the Code.
The Code is divided into two parts: minimum standards for recruitment and best practices that are strongly encouraged. The criteria used to establish certification and measure compliance is based on the minimum standards contained in Part I of the Code. Although best practices described in Part II of the Code are not required for certification, organizations that innovate in this way will be recognized for their efforts through case studies and other Alliance materials that highlight leadership in the industry.
