ICN Endorses the Code
On July 22, 2010, the International Council of Nurses (ICN) joined a growing list of unions, professional nursing associations, non-governmental organizations, and others endorsing the principles and standards set forth in the Voluntary Code of Ethical Conduct for the Recruitment of Foreign-Educated Nurses to the United States (Code).
