This Code sets forth practical standards and guidelines for promoting fairness, honesty, transparency, and corporate social responsibility in all recruitment practices. Subscribers of this Code will voluntarily agree to maintain these standards and guidelines and strive to achieve the best practices described.

By signing on as an endorser, organizations declare their support of the principles and standards set forth in the Code. They also understand that their organization's name will be included on a list of endorsers that will be posted on this Web site. If at anytime an organization decides that it no longer wants to endorse the Code, their name will be removed.

There may be instances when an organization can not formally endorse the Code due to company policies but would still like to show their support. We encourage you to submit a letter of support. Your organization will be listed as a supporter rather than an endorser.
